Forms must be filed in the Office of the Iowa Ethics & Campaign
Disclosure Board.

WHEN AND HOW DOES A CANDIDATE'S COMMITTEE BEGIN?
A
committee may be registered by filing a Statement of Organization with the
board when a $750 financial threshold
is crossed. A separate banking
account is required in the name of the committee. The committee's name can then be used on all disclaimers.
FILING DEADLINES

based upon what type of committee formed.
