    Ø      Community colleges – extra classes they provide in all areas

    Ø      Use of land freely

    Ø      Access to health care

    Ø      One county having 2 newspapers, major radio stations, and television stations

    Ø      Diversity – city and agriculture

    Ø      Snow removal

    Ø      Rural water throughout county

    Ø      Buildings need to be rebuilt/restructured

    Ø      More than one courthouse
