Bob Woodruff, Chairman. Born: January 10, 1939.
Graduate from Southeastern
Community College and Truman
University. I am a lifelong citizen of Lee County.
Past member of the Keokuk City Council,
having served as Finance Committee Chairperson and also a member of the
Public Works and Welfare Committees.
For three years I served on the Keokuk Economic Development
Corporation Board. I have done Public
Accounting and Consulting work. I have
held financial management positions with such companies as H.J. Heinz, as
Chief Accountant.
His term for District 4 seat on the Lee
County Board of Supervisors was effective January 1, 2003 and expires January
3, 2010.
