CPC staff and employees will follow all statutory
requirements for handling of confidential information,
as well as the confidentiality policy adopted by the
Board of Supervisors.
Information available to other
county officials will be on an as needed basis for
processing payments or, on the part
of the Board of
Supervisors, for making
decisions for approvals.
Likewise, contract service providers are expected to
maintain client confidentiality in accordance with this
plan and their appropriate licensing/ accreditation
standards.
