                            The public process for completing the

                            County Management Plan has provided

                            substantial opportunities for individuals

                            to learn about the County Management

                            Plan and services offered by the county.

                            The stakeholder group and CPC

                            administrator have published a  brochure

                            containing (in plain English) the following

                            information:
