Lee County will follow all applicable State and County
policies and procedures for administering the County Management Plan. These standard policies
and procedures include:
§ Accounting § Audit § Personnel § Purchasing § Inventory § Maintenance and protection of
records § Public information requirements § Affirmative Action/EEO § Americans with Disabilities Act Contractors to the County,
including service providers,
individual consultants, and any other organizations, will be
required to follow applicable State and County policies
as well. We negotiate unit price rates with
area providers on a
regional basis based on standards, reasonable costs, and objectives. Providers used primarily by Lee County will be individually negotiated. Rates set where the County matches the Medicaid Program will be
in accordance with State and Federal
