    Delegated Functions

     

     

     

                             Case Management exists as an entity independent

                             from service providers in Lee County.  The Board

                             of Supervisors has selected the Iowa Department

     
                             of Human Services as their Case Management

                 provider.

     

                 As noted in the sections on access points and

                 service authorization/re-authorization, Case

                 Management will be a designated access point

                 for the managed system of care and has limited
