    Attention residents of Lee County over 55 years of age:

    Individual appointments can be made for a Senior Health Nursing Assessment. It consists of laboratory tests - Cholesterol, Hemoglobin, Blood Sugar and Urinalysis, Health History, Nursing Physical Assessment and Referral to physician if indicated. This program is funded through a special grant from the Iowa Department of Public Health. Call to make an appointment.
