Are you interested in volunteering
some of your time? Lee County is always looking for dedicated volunteers to
serve on a variety of committees and boards.
Each board and commission is made up of citizen volunteers serving staggered
terms. Appointments are made to boards and commissions each year by the Lee
County Board of Supervisors. Consideration to geographical location, diversity
and gender are given. Our goal is to attract candidates who will work hard and
be responsive to Lee County. All applications are kept on file as
public information and will remain active for one (1) year. It is important that
whenever possible boards and commissions reflect the diversity found in Lee
County. The Board believes it has a duty to attempt geographic diversity
together with gender or other appropriate diversity. Below is a
